STL: Public service announcement released in effort to locate Ayyash

Audio-visual and audio public service announcements have been released in connection with the case against Mr. Salim Jamal Ayyash for the Lebanese authorities to distribute to the public. If Mr. Ayyash is not found within 30 days of the publication of the announcement the trial will proceed in absentia. Via the STL  

STL: Alternative service of indictment ordered in Ayyash case

Judge Hrdličková determines that reasonable attempts were made to effect personal service on Mr. Salim Jamil Ayyash. Judge Hrdličková orders STL Registrar to provide Lebanese authorities with a form of public advertisement and to consider alternative forms of dissemination such as social media.
